We were recently asked to make an egg-free cake for a birthday for an egg-allergic child. Egg-free, we thought, would not a perfect cake make. . . But as you can see from the above picture, a perfect and delicious cake it certainly did make!Made with real butter and sandwiched with fresh raspberries and cream , I don't think the egg was missed one bit.
So this brings us to the point - as we have previously said, we really are happy to undertake ANY order. Dietary issues not an issue! Infact our latest experiments are for a truly beautiful Lemon Drizzle Cake that is Gluten Free..
